We only look for new people to put ads every 3months and take down the gig after we've found them. PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE POST BEFORE REPLYING!!!!Looking for someone to place Facebook Marketplace ads for our pre-winter clearance of tiny housekits. You get10% ofevery tiny house sold that comes from your ads, at least $500 each time one sells. Reply to this ad to request more details, so you can start posting right away. Please only reply if you can do this gig for at least 1 week, because a lot of people will buy one of ourtiny housekits after "thinking about it" for a few days, or until they figure out we have the best deal for tiny houses.
We offer a ONE TIME incentiveof $20 on Venmo or Cashapp for placing at least 5 ads on Facebook marketplace, and it's paid AFTER the first week of your ads running, and you respond to people interested. All you have to ask them is 3 questions, and you can copy and paste them if you like:
1) Have you got a spot to put your tiny house?
2) Can you describe your project?
3) When do you want to start your project?

These questions filter-out people who aren't serious. If they answer all 3 questions, ask "do you have a phone number I can have a rep text or call you back to discuss or send you more info?" Pretty easy,really. And that's the gig!
Then send them to us. If they buy you get paid. That's really all there is to it, and we WANT to pay you. We don't have the ability to put up ads everywhere. We sell on both coasts and Hawaii. You can put ads there too if you want. We'll send you everything you need to get your ads up right away. And just check your messages once a day if you like.
You could get lucky and someone buys from one of your ads right away! I just paid Marcus $680 last week when someone bought a $6800 tiny house kit to use as his office. Last month we sold another building for $18k, and smaller tiny house kits for $5299, etc. We're talking to people for $50k worth of buildings at any one time. And, we're about to start selling REAL HOUSE KITS!!!! Fully permitted! And better and cheaper than what's on the market presently.
Feel free to put up more ads to get more sales...20 or 30 ads in different cities is better than 5.

Why do I need people like you? Because I can only manage 40 Facebook ads on my own account, we now sell nationwide now,and Facebook marketplace seems to get themost customers...and craigslist a distantsecond (you can do Craigslist too if you want, and there is even software that will post theads for you automatically if you have a windows PC).

We keep buildings in storage all over the country and Hawaii, and customers will receive a tiny house from the storage that is closest to them. Right now Baltimore, North Carolina, and Florida. And 2 places on the West Coast and Hawaii

For the East Coast- here are some good cities to consider- they're between bigger cities so they catch a lot of people on Facebook. Just keep in mind that there is a 40 mile radius for ads:

If they can't answer the questions- move on. If they answer correctly then send us their info and we'll credit you for the sale when they buy. Easy!
