Endurance. → Take ownership of what you did, do, and will do. ✅ 2)Train→ At least 3 x per week. → 5 x is better. → Do BJJ. It help you push your boundaries & strengthens confidence.✅ 3) Health. → Breath.→ Eat real food. Not junk. → Train intermittent fasting.→ Drink water. No alcohol or drugs. → Take a 30 second cold shower daily. (Allow yourself to ‘cheat’ only once a week. You'll soon notice that you don't need junk food, drugs, or alcohol anyway.) ✅ 4)Sleep. → Vital for your mental health. → “Pulling all-nighters” sounds cool. Yet isn’t.
